  1. You have two options for logging out of sessions:
    • Log out all other sessions: This will log you out of all sessions except for the current one.
    • Log out from a specific session: Select the relevant session from the list and log out of that particular session.

This feature helps you maintain control over your account, especially if you notice suspicious activity or need to ensure you're only logged in on trusted devices.

Session management configuration

As a user, you can manage the session-related settings for your account to customize your session experience. These settings control session timeouts, re-login behavior, and the number of concurrent sessions allowed.

To configure session management settings:

  1. Go to the self-service Portal and navigate to WORKSPACE ➜ Security.

  1. You can configure the following settings:

    • Idle Session Timeout:
This setting defines how long a session can remain open without user activity before it is automatically logged out.

      • To configure: Toggle the Idle Session Timeout switch to enable the feature, and set the duration using the +/- buttons. We recommend setting it to a value under 24 hours.
    • Force Re-login:
This feature sets the maximum duration for a session. After this time limit is reached, the user will be logged out regardless of activity.

      • To configure: Toggle the Force Re-login switch to enable the feature, and set the desired duration in days, hours, or minutes. We recommend setting it to a value under 90 days.
    • Maximum Concurrent Sessions:
This setting limits the number of active sessions a user can have simultaneously. If the limit is reached, the oldest session will be terminated to allow the new session to open.

      • To configure: Toggle the Maximum Concurrent Sessions switch to enable the feature, and set the maximum number of sessions allowed at the same time. We recommend setting it between 1 and 10.
